This place was in my family when I was growing up. We attended a memorial for a family member. It was always a comfortable and family feeling place then and into the early 2000's. Personality is the best way to describe it. I understand that a new owner wants to put their personality into the place. Unfortunately by doing so, the place has a "sterile" feeling now. I liked it, but it just didn't feel right. Still, I will visit anytime I'm in town, but I will miss the feeling of family.

Found it on nearby places to have lunch. Went for the simple delicious food, and had an unforgettable kayak experience. Off the beaten trail. Definitely recommended.
