Good luck getting a call back. This place is pretty rude in terms of not caring about what costumers need over the phone. Ove lived here a year and not one time in many many phone calls will the nurse triage line answer there phones. Why have the line? They wont answer you. They take two days to get back to you. You will always be sent to the voicemail everytime. It’s ridiculous
I've work in Healthcare for year and have never had a worse experience. The scheduling is absolutely ridiculous, they schedule you for an appointment time move your appointment without your knowledge reschedule and then do it all over again. There is no compassion and no care for the amount of stress related to going to women's healthcontraception, pregnancy, wellness, etc. and when you call the phone goes straight to voice-mail. Save your time and stress and drive the 45 minutes to CDA.
Sandpoint Women's Health is the absolute best! All the Dr's and Cna's are amazing! If you want to feel completely taken care of then you should choose Sandpoint Women's Health!
I have not had a positive doctor's experience since I was a child until I came to see these ladies. They actually listened to my problems and found solutions, and made sure I didn't leave anything out
Get Dr. Morton or Dr. Conner both of these women are so knowledgeable and helpful and have helped me greatly. I can’t recommend it then enough. I’ve never felt so heard and helped. I really appreciate how kind they are and the staff is.
Doctors were nice and very helpful. However, went in for my wellness exam and am now being billed over $700. Judy said there was nothing they could do about the bill because this was diagnostic. She said it was not up to the doctors to tell me there would be a charge for a procedure they requested even though I was in for a wellness free checkup, Definitely would NOT recommend nor will I go there again.
Horrible bedside manner!!! If you plan on going in there as your happiest self, you MIGHT be ok!! That is, if they can tear themselves away from chatting long enough to see you!! They were sooooo proud to stand around and talk about their mentions in Sandpoints "Living Local" and how "well respected" their Dr's are in the community... as I waited, in pain, to be seen. When I was finally taken back to a room the nurse talked down to me the entire time, wouldn't listen to me at all and the doctor was even worse. I ended up leaving in the middle of my appointment and likely will never be back.
The bedside manner here is incredible. I couldn't be more happy with the doctors. They try to help you out from the beginning to the very end. All the doctors and nurses I had talked to explain everything very well and they cared about my concerns. Dr.Morton and Dr.Conner are incredible at what they do.
I can’t say enough about this office!! The front desk gals are amazing! The nurses are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The providers are the best doctors I have ever come into contact with! They take time with you! Your not just a number to them. I had The privilege of having Dr. Morton and Dr. Algoe preform a C-Section on me and it went flawless! Dr. Huntsburger is Also fantastic! You will be in great hands with any of these wonderful Doctors.
I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism and integrity in the health industry before my experience with Sandpoint Womens health. I moved to Sandpoint over a year ago and have been trying to get in to be seen by a doctor. After making an appointment 5 months in advance, I was called the day before my appointment tell me they need to reschedule. At this point I was rescheduled for 3 weeks later, not more than 6 months since my first outreach to this facility. Sure enough, I just received another call to say that they have to cancel my appointment and they can't get me in for another 3 weeks. How can I even trust that they would pull through with the 3rd appointment scheduled. I'm extremely frustrated, this is how they treat a new patient? - if you aren't accepting new patients, then just be up front and honest instead of wasting 6 months of my time. 6 months I could have been looking for another doctor to see. This should have been a ZERO star review, but that is not an option.
