I'm baffled by the negative reviews. Went in after injuring myself. The receptionist was sweet. Checked me in fast. The office was clean. I didn't wait 10 minutes before they called me back. The nurse was very sweet and funny. The best part was the Doctor. She made me laugh and my husband loved her honest nature. Probably the best Doctor I've seen in years. If you need to get help without going to the ER, I highly recommend them.

Only 1 doctor on duty at any given time (according to receptionist). Over an hour wait. Every time I've been here it is because my PCP office was closed and every time I've had long wait times. So much for "immediate" care.

I will never use the one in Sandpoint. They steal your insurance money and are just jerks. Tricia Dickens is the main doctor at ponderay urgent and is amazing! The staff awesome! Go here. Don't take a chance at the others

Not quite as horrible as the Urgent 'Care' in downtown Sandpoint but still pretty sub-par in terms of the physicians they employ. Speaking from an allied health perspective. I can't go in to specifics because I would identify myself and stir the soupy mess of local politics that suffuses healthcare, but some of them should really review the side effects -or lack thereof- of certain basic, benign, common medications, and take a half second to form a thought before deciding to talk.
