Really good happy hour In the bend area. $7 whiskey . & Really tasty cheese board also . We had a great time here . Definitely recommend.

It could be the coolest space in Bend, I am cooler just for having spent an hour here. Hats off to the genius that had this vision.

Well done, San Simon! Cocktails are a fair price, high quality, plus their charcuterie board was absolutely stellar! Add the olives, you won't be disappointed if you like olives. The ambiance is simply perfection and will happily plan another night out at San Simon.

Cocktails were good, but the service was EXTREMELY slow, maybe an off night? We had to practically flag someone down if we needed anything, drinks, water & food. No one ever came to check on anything to see how it was. Overall I would say it was good but, I just feel it could've been executed better for the price.

Best happy hour and old fashioned in town! Staff is always super friendly, drinks are always fantastic, and it's always clean. They have some great charcuterie and small bite options but I'd recommend planning on eating elsewhere if you're wanting a full meal.

Such a fun and quirky vibe! Great little speakeasy type of bar, with fun outdoor seating around fire pits and also excellent indoor seating. The drinks are creatively named and packed with fun flavors! You can't go wrong with their bubble pop!
