Great samosas, well packaged...restaurant is a hidden gem. Very Crispy and not oily. Only thing is expect to wait a little longer as each samosa is hand made but worth the wait
Tasty samosas & spring rolls! I got the $10.49 combo 4 each + pop can. Will come again. I hope they will have more combo selections available soon. It's also next door to a good laundromat
Love the samosas!! Tried both the beef and chicken samosas and they are delicious. I did not expect how big they would be so i had to finish some the next day. It was still very good. The owner is also very nice and friendly. I will definitely go again.
After reading good reviews about them from a local foodie page, I knew I had to try their samosas! I ordered their 4 samosas+drink combo for $4.99+tax. It was my first time here and this combo allowed me to try all 3 flavours they offer: chicken, beef, veggie. The meal included 2 veggies, 1 chicken, and 1 beef. At the moment, they only accepted cash or e-transfer. I like how there was a biiiiit of spicyness to the chicken and beef samosas. As any fried food, it's best to eat it asap! Compared to the other samosas I've had before, I found this one easier to bite into less messy for me! --- it's more of a 2D/flat triangle shape, vs the pyramid-shaped samosas from other shops. I liked how this one was moderately rich. There was no overwhelming flavour - the spices, the savoury taste from the chicken and beef, and the richness of veggie flavours just rightly complimented each other, which I really enjoyed. I look forward to coming back - perhaps buying frozen ones so I can fry them at home
Great little place with phenomenal home cooked style meals! Fresh fresh fresh Samosas made to order, Fish Pakora, Curry chicken or butter chicken wow lots of great tasting meals! Prices are reasonable and portions are good, well worth trying and so convenient! Take out or dine in although the place is very small so it packs up quickly!
Veggie Samosa were alright but service is a little slow. Took 20 minutes for 4 samosa. This place face a grass plain with a good view of the north shore mountains.
I went over there before two days and eat the samosa and i feel like i am eating at my home food taste is same made by my mother. I hope that i am going to visit again in upcoming days and will become regular customer. Food: 5/5
This place has good food, but that’s about it. The three stars I gave are entirely for the cook who accommodated my requests, made stuff that wasn’t on the menu that day, and just overall did a great job! The person behind the counter, however, seemed quite clueless about basic service questions. He did not know if things were on the menu, was not sure how long the food would take. We ordered quite a bit and he said it would be ready in max 20 mins, but it took an hourwe were the only customers! Would have not waited in the sun if we knew the actual time. When I asked for an itemised bill where I can see the rates by item he said He doesn’t have it and I should calculate that by taking the CC receipt and then adding up the prices by looking at the menu on the website. Anyway, here’s the stuff we ordered: Paneer Wrap: Packed well, and tasted great! Vada Pav 2: packed well, was the highlight! Pani Puri: Came without the Pani, but it was still delicious. Sandwich: Great!
Had a little get together and asked for 30 samosas to be made in advance for pickup. It is a family run business and the quality was good. Nice people and the samosas were a hit with the group. Thanks and will be back when the need arises.
This place has new owners and is no longer halal. Although their veggie samosa and spring rolls are very delicious and price point is reasonable. Vegetarian options: Samosa Veggie spring roll Parking: Yes
