I would never use them again. They did not put my code in properly. When I was moving things into my unit which was also still locked up. I had trucks lined up in the snow and rain, and could not open the gate. We finally followed another renter in. Once inside my unit was locked. We found one unit opened so we unloaded into that one. After unloading 3 trucks and trailers, we could not get out of the gate. I called the police and they tried to get ahold of someone to let us out. 2 hours later the police shut the power down to open the gate so we could get out. The manager blamed me for tailgating in and they locked my "paid 3 months in advance unit". They said it was because I didn't put a lock on it. I was not told I had to do that, the day I signed my rental agreement and paid. They also were upset that I used a unit that belonged to someone else (that was unlocked). I have been broken into 2 times and had thousands of dollars in antiques, jewelry, & decor stolen! My parents both passed away last year and all their valuables were taken that were ment to go to their grandchildren (my kids). They are rude, heartless, and lie constantly. I am devistated by the awful customer service and cruel treatment. Please don't put anything of value in this place. It is constantly broken into and I truely believe it is one of the workers doing it.

Very nice location, off the main road and tucked in so it feels very safe and secure. The units are newer and clean. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this location.
