Vic Bond Lapeer

The lapeer store was very busy and i asked for a call back as my inquiry on a product could wait. An employee by the name Adam gave me a call back. He was very polite, well spoken, and best of all, thorough! He explained my options, prices and most importantly, availability. Great job Vic Bond!

Stopped in to buy a lower thermostat for my electric water heater. Picked out the item I needed and went up to the counter to pay for it. There was two people behind the counter. One was on the phone answering questions and the other was trying to take back returns but was having trouble knowing how to do it so the person on the phone was having to tell him how to do it while he was on the phone. As I was waiting to pay for one item two men walked in through the side door and I assume they were contractors because when the person on the phone was finished he immediately started talking to them and ignored me. The other person finally came over so I could pay for my item. He wrote it up and said it would be $30. I had had enough and told him to forget about it and was done wasting my time. I bought the same item at another store for under $10. So much for shopping local.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Max at the Vic Bond Plumbing Supply Lapeer store today. His willingness to help and product knowledge are topnotch! My wife and I are are building and he made the process of picking our fixtures easy!

I called to find a replacement for a very old light. They said they would call back, and they DID!!!!nAnd then he said it wasn't exactly the same so he was going to talk to a few electricians and call me back. AND HE DID CALL ME BACK!!! I cannot remember the last time somebody took the time to find the right $16.00 part. AMAZING. Good Job Guys!!!

I found the center mount faucet I wanted in an image I’d found on google search. David Dunham was able to determine the model and ordered it for me. Thank you, it looks perfect and I love it!
