I ordered the devils box meal from Deliveroo food came hot and on time. The burger was well stacked and very tasty, wings were crunchy and chips fluffy and hot. The price is a bit steep for fast food, which is why I didn’t give it a perfect score.
I stopped at this HOUNSLOW WEST restaurant after seeing the image of the GRILLED THIGH DOUBLE BURGER in the window. Mihiri welcomed me with a beautiful smile and very kind manners. I felt really comfortable. I asked her if it was possible to eat in the restaurant, and she said yes. After a few minutes my double burger was ready. It was truly magnificent!!! The flavor was truly intense and exquisite. The chicken in the burger was juicy and meaty. After devouring my double burger which would have satiated anyone!!! I wanted to get another burger. Identical. I congratulated Juliya, who takes care of the preparation of the burgers in the kitchen. Then I also chatted pleasantly with the manager. In my short break at SAM'S in Hounslow West, I found some truly wonderful people. I did really well to decide to stop here for my lunch. I'm fully satisfied and can say that after being treated well, my day has improved a lot. So I thank the two girls, Mihiri and Juliya, the manager and his wife for the wonderful working environment they have created. In conclusion...I recommend this place both for the excellent burgers and the excellent chicken they prepare, but also and above all for the human aspect of the people who work. Because I think THIS is the best thing about HOSPITALITY: finding PEOPLE who care about other PEOPLE. I ate very well and had a great time as well. Thanks again. Tom
The first thing I noticed when I came into the restaurant was the limited seating - 6 chairs facing the high street. I decided to order the Blaze Burger box meal, it looked so delicious on the photo and I wanted something spicy. It looked like the perfect choice. I sat down and I realised the table was dirty, had crumbs all over. I had to wipe it with tissue. I don’t believe they clean the surface very often. The food arrived quickly. I started to tuck into the “blaze” burger, but by the 2nd bite I realised it wasn’t even spicy. Slightly cold even!! The chicken fillet was incredibly flat, some parts of the fillet had barely any meat at all see photos. Now onto the wings, those were the highlight of the meal. A delicious flavour on the batter, although a little oily, but not too bad. Chips were fine, large portion. The coleslaw was average, it was quite watery. At £6.00 not including a drink I feel the price is very expensive for the low quality of food. I can’t help but feel disappointed. Overall I can only give this place 2/5
As regular customer i Ordered 2 wrap yesterday wasn't good tasteat all as it uses to be. Also asked 2 wings she said minimum 4 wings sir . May be new staff and the size of wrap was absolutely small compared to amount they charge. Stopped going now on.
I ordered a blaze burger and found pubic hair or beard hair in my burger.. When i called the shop to complain, the lady was rude, defensive and wasn't taking any responsibility and didn't even apologise . This is a food and hygiene issue. Really disgusting! And disappointed with sams Chicken
There is no respect to customers and one of the employee there he always is not cooperative and will not serve you as per your preference but he makes sure you eat how he likes it and then when you request he ruins the whole meal. I will complain to the council because this has happened one to many times with the same employee. Very bad attitude.
Absolutely horrendous service. There were drug addicts outside forcing me to buy them food and the employees were uninterested in my welfare. I asked politely if they would wait until my Uber 2 mins away arrived that I'd leave 5 mins before closing. They continuously refused and forced me to wait outside where it was unsafe. Thankfully I argued with them long enough until my Uber came and returned home safely.
Wings dripping in oil and pathetic burgers. Whats disheartening is this used to be a good place. They need to fire some staff as they seem least interested in serving customers.
Some of the ordered products were missing, I called them and told them that something was missing and they told me to order again and they will also put the missing product, I think they are poorly educated on how to pay for shipping again very bad from them, I think I won't order anything from them again, I hope you don't suffer the same, have a nice evening
Lovely fried chicken, fries and 3 different sides haven't had fried chicken this good for a long time hot , fresh and tasty quick delivery and great delivery .
