Under construction can't wait to see the new bar and restaurant!!! Super cute outdoor seating looks perfect for the summer time. The staff makes you feel welcomed and right at home. The menu is HUGE lots to choose from, definitely something for everyone ... for sure. Next time you drive by, pull over and grab a gyro to go or a seafood dish! Prices are very competitive. We got the fried calamari, it came ontop of a sauce that went very well with it. Then 2 seafood dishes, and of course icecream! We took home 2 boxes for left overs. We will be back!!
The food and service were fabulous. The restaurant itself feels a little dated, but I went with 5 stars because I wasn't there for the aesthetics. The food was hot, cooked perfectly, and flavorful. The staff were attentive, and friendly. Great find. They do offer patio seating.
Yum. We got a seat in an alcove by ourselves. On a Sunday night in early February it was very quiet and the food was great. Baked stuffed haddock and the shrimp scampi were delicious. It’s the kind of place locals keep to themselves.
Both my husband and I enjoyed our meal and date night . The food was tasty and the menu has a variety of options for everyone . Hubby had Italian pasta with chicken; I had a Thai scallop appetizer and dessert. They have many alcoholic and non alcoholic choices . The wait staff was exceptionally polite , attentive and checked up and offered everything and more . Honestly , we eat out and they are far better than most and felt they must be family . Thank you . The atmosphere was comfortable and we heard customers who frequent say how they enjoy being there . We liked the lighting, bright yellow walls and fresh flowers . We truly will go back and even thinking of changing our weekly date night to here . This visit really was well received and much needed after a hard week commuting. Vegetarian options: Yes ! Kid-friendliness: Bring the whole family . Parking: Numerous spaces . Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramp . Dietary restrictions: This menu is all inclusive for all restrictions.
Had fish and chips and some type of grape nut custard for dessert or something like that. Food was delicious. The only problem was service was slow but that is not really a problem nowadays. It is very understandable. There was only one waitress and she was great. She was running all over the place. There seems to be a shortage of staff in so many restaurants nowadays. People need to be patient. Also, they need to leave them a large tip since staff are working so hard. Parking: Great. Can't remember how many parking spaces. I didn't even bother to look. But we had no problem.
I had the broiled scallops with broccoli. Some of the scallops were seared a bit darker but not burnt and absolutely edible. They also had a bit of a spicy kick but not overly. The broccoli was firm and not overdone. I enjoyed my meal Paige, the waitress, was very attentive. It was not busy as it was early evening on a Tuesday but there were several other diners
My husband and I have been meaning to try this place for a while and we were not disappointed! I got fish and chips and he got baked scallops and both meals were delicious and fresh. Our server was Marina and she was lovely. We will definitely be back!
The food was delicious. Restaurant atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. Paige was our waitress and was fantastic. I had the Swordfish Caesar salad and it was delicious. We were a party of 4. One member of the group had Swordfish wrap, another had Swordfish Mediterranean, and the last person had The Red . Every meal was delicious and devoured. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant.
Fantastic. I looked at the prices and expected it to be solid but not spectacular. Boy was I wrong! The food was outstanding - a mix of classics and dishes with a greek influence. Excellent quality in a casual experience. Highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and both had lobster rolls and to say the least the food was just as good as the service. We had Lauren as a bartender and her attention to detail was amazing and her personality and smile made are dining experience at captains very enjoyable! We will be returning to captains again for the great food atmosphere and most of all Lauren!
