Homemade burgers and fresh cut fries. We really enjoyed it! I’d say they are somewhat comparable to a five guys burger as they are smash burgers but at a better cost. Not as much fries as you get at five guys of course. We will definitely be back. Wish it was closer to us! Patties are 3oz and the standard burger comes with two. The super comes with three.
It was a really nice first experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. The beef burger was juicy and flavourful. The chicken burger was tender and fried perfectly. The fries are crispy. The milkshakes are quite good. The place is clean and organized. The price is spot on for the quality and quantity. Will definitely visit again soon.
Had a great experience. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Very attentive and they ask the right questions about what you want for your food. The food itself tasted great and cooked properly. I definitely recommend this spot if your looking for a new spot to eat.
Really impressive. I had a burger with cheese and it was super tasty. Burgers are juicy and big, very well dressed and very enjoyable. Staff are friendly and helpful too. I’ll definitely go again and would recommend to others.
Great tasting poutine, fries and burgers. The smoked meat sandwich is piled high too and yummy! The milkshakes are also very good.
Since this place has opened; I've been a regular. The Supreme home made burger and fresh cut fry poutine is definitely worth the try alone. 3 patties in this bad boy add bacon and cheese you wont be disappointed and the poutine...the cheese to gravy fry ratio is perfect.. Great food, good people. And it doesn't leave you feeling bloated or greasy. I highly recommend trying Sam's Grill in Whitby. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for any kid to enjoy his or her meal Parking: Tons of parking wheelchair or not there is lots.
I dropped in for a meal at Sam's Grill in Whitby with a couple of foodie friends. We had three types of poutine and a couple of burgers. The Chill Pill burger had two beef patties, cheese, onion rings, and was topped with Chili! The Barnyard burger also had cheese and was topped with pulled pork and BBQ sauce. We also tried three of their poutines - The Sauteed mushrooms, green peppers, onions, The Newfie Newfie style dressing and spices, and The Butter Chicken cubes of chicken with butter chicken sauce. All had gravy and cheese curds. These were generous servings, and the Butter Chicken was the unanimous favourite! We also got to try some of their new menu items, all deep fried - jalapeno poppers, mozarella sticks, potato taters, and mac & cheese bites. I can see some of these items appealing to kids more than adults. although I liked them. The food and service were all good but maybe not outstanding. The restaurant was bright and clean. and prices were quite reasonable. Rating: 3.5/5.0
I took my brother-in-law out today as it was our boys burger day. We each had a Sam's burger with bacon and cheese and shared a lage onion rings. The staff was very freindly. Everything was served fast and was hot and very tasty. As Arnold says. We will be back.
This homemade burger hit the spot!!! Would definitely try them again. Pricey but worth it I’d say.
It’s my first time trying it. Simply awesome, I got the super burger and my uncle got a modified poutine with meat on top of it. It was amazing, way better than I expected, tasty! The staff was really nice and polite, service was fast and efficient. For this kind of high quality ingredients Prices are pretty cheap, thank you made my day :
