Thanks to Joe & Joe and the gent who did the install in Collisions. Hood clasp broke off my vehicle on the highway south of Sudbury. These gents helped find me the right part and install it while I was traveling through without a lengthy delay. Much appreciated!
I was very happy with my experience in purchasing my new Jeep from Doyle Dodge. They were very knowledgeable and they were very professional. I felt comfortable and looked after during the process. They checked in with me to see that every thing was going well with the vehicle. I take it there for servicing and they are always timely and welcoming. Great place to buy a vehicle.
truck was initially brought in for a bummed passenger side axle, was changed and away it went. 2-3 weeks later had to do some other work to the truck and noticed the axle was almost falling out of it see third picture c clip wasn't replaced and the axle looked like a caveman took a club to it. They mentioned they had trouble getting it out and had to heat it up and with that i noticed my oil filter is leaking it's nearby the axle . Thankfully truck was never put into 4x4 or there'd be a lawsuit involved. Call up Doyles to let them have a chance at making this right. I advised them i wanted a new axle since this one is a mess. Their version of making it right is to spray paint it and tell me it's a new one. i guess it's amateur hour over there because my outer cv boot is leaking. Service manager Bryan is every four letter word i can think of completely rude and useless.
Bought my first vehicle from here. My parents also deal with Doyle dodge. my sister as well has come here. And honestly can’t say nothing but great things! Neil O’Hara was my salesman for my vehicle and was very informative and honest about my decision! I also dealt with Darren Vagnini for my paperwork and he as well was very kind and helpful plus very informative! I highly recommend this dealership!
Always excellent customer service. From sales, to service, parts and the body shop. Every department is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust my truck with anyone else. At Doyle’s they make you feel like family.
Workmanship seems to have been acceptable but a couple of areas might be improved by Doyle’s: I had to call afterwards to confirm the oil change used synthetic oil as it was not specified on the invoice. Also quite surprisingly, there was no mention of the need to have the wheel nuts torqued following tire rotation and brake work; this was not stated on the invoice nor verbally to me when I picked up my vehicle. I took care of this but it could lead to significant problems for another customer who might not understand the need for this procedure.
Good, fast service. Truck broke down on the road, was towed and repair all through Doyle. Repair was as fast as possible and great communication throughtout. Was a little annoyed that they couldn't seem to get the contact person right. Sometimes they'd call me, other times my spouse.
As usual the best service ever! From the moment you walk in, the service advisors greet you pleasantly! I even had a chance to speak to the mechanic Eric, who explained everything and left the interior very clean and no sign of any oil etc.
Experience was less than ideal. Brought my van in with a flat. Tire was deemed irreparable. The Tire Technician also recommemded putting 4 new tires with no explanation as to why. I declined. When I returned to pay my bill I asked the Service Person, Rob, why my tires ALL needed replacement and he said Technician probably looked at van mileage , 500.00 km. I looked on manufacturers website and these tires are rated for 50 000 miles. Furthermore, I have winter tires on 1/2 of the year. In addition I purchased 2 new tires in 2020 and had only 25 000 km on that tire really 12 500 since I have winter tires . Was I being taken advantage of because I am an older female? Or is this the standard line your company uses to sell more tires. When I checked my bill I had been charged $200 for the new tire and had been quoted $160. Rob had this charge reduced to $160. I also pointed out that I was charged $80 to grease squeaky sliding doors. I questionned this as it was the 3rd time I brought it in for this. Rob said I should not be charged and removed it from my invoice. All in all a lousy customer experience. If I had not checked my bill I would have severly overpaid. Does not inspire confidence . This whole process took over an hour to pay my bill. I am not a pushover and even as a senior I do still have a bit on the ball. You really need to sharoen up your customer service and be more accountable for what you are charging your clients for. Thankfully Rob corrected the errors. Heads up seniors. Check your invoices before paying and question charges.
Brought my wife's 2022 chrysler grand caravan for an oil change to Doyle and never again... This van was spotless and as new as the day we bought it. My wife picked up the van and brought it home, we're about an hour away, and she was almost in tears to see the black grease and oil stains on the off white door panel, floor and seat. I called Doyle and said they were sorry and said he'd talk to the manager to see what they can do and he would call us back. It's been about 2 wks now and not a word. Plus... when I booked the oil change appointment the person quoted me at $85 for the oil change. The bill was over $130. Not impressed, a blanket and a mat on the seat and floor should have been used. And of course, don't kick the door panels....
