I really expected better. We frequent this place, and here recently it has been terrible! It's not just a one time thing. EVERY SINGLE TIME, there's a problem. Simple fixes but seems like this place has really gone Down hill. Probably finding a new favorite pizza place 😣

Not best employee treatment. Pizza improved immensely once she started. Will go back to mediocre now. Will never order from this location again.

The crust was too well done and they did not even cut all the way through the crust. I had to cut it with a knife after three prices riped.

Hair in my food. Nasty customer service. Dirty, don't even wanna know what the back where my food is being made looks like!! Rude managers. Used to look forward to coming here every time we visited New York, not sure why it's gone down so much.. we were just here in July.
