Salty Fish & Chips

The fish and chips were pretty good. I had ordered The one piece cod and chips to go. The only thing I could offer for constructive criticism is that the fish was a little too oily, and could've been drained a little more. It was a little too greasy for my liking.However, the chips were great and the price was good for what I got. It was pretty decent. The people who own this restaraunt have only been running it for a couple of years.They are trying to do as well as the pepple who used to run this place and are doing pretty good.

My family looks to visit this great restaurant monthly. Very friendly staff, pleasant family restaurant, and the food is always spot on.

Watched the 12 year girl cashier/server handle the cash register and credit card machine then touch food about to be served to customers. When I pointed out what she did, she argued and tried to deny it. The credit card machine automatically begins with 15, 20, 25 % or $ tip for over cooked tasteless thin battered greasy fish and under cooked soggy tasteless fries. The mushy peas were more like half cooked liquid peas. Absolutely disgusting! Will never order from there again. Save your money and yourselves from bad food and the chance of getting sick and order from somewhere else.

I thought I would give them another try. I was there 2 months ago and thought the halibut was over cooked. I was pleasantly surprised. This time the fish was cooked exactly as it should be. They would have received 5 stars if not for my first experience being negative.
