Story

Located in the heart of Downtown Edmonds, Salt & Iron brings the comfort of American Northwest cuisine.The brainchild of partners Andrew Leckie and Shubert Ho, their mission is to provide a comfortable dining experience that includes local oysters, steaks and great American cuisine.

Salt & Iron's dining room designed by visionary firm Inspired Interiors of Edmonds, brings a brighter and more welcoming dining atmosphere to the Downtown core. It's located just a short walk from the Kingston Ferry and the iconic Edmonds Fountain, where the Edmonds Farmer's Market and the Edmonds Art Walk take place. A full bar provides craft cocktails, local wines and draft beers to accompany the dining experience.

Great atmosphere, friendly people, we we're seated quickly, and the food also came quickly. The food was superb! A great place to take a date. Right in downtown Edmonds, so there are great places to walk and shop around. Large selection of wine and spirits, small beer selection. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. Some unique flavors, I am looking forward to my next visit.

The burger was almost too salty to eat. The fried oysters with my steak were over cooked and needed salt...or something to bring out the flavor. The service was fast and the drinks were good.

Don't miss the oysters, they're exceptional! Also the weekend brunch menu is really good. Food was delicious with lovely presentation 😋

Decided to try out this place near home for Restaurant Week. One of us ordered from said menu and the other off main menu.  Both meals in fact all items were simply delicious! Also cute warm & cozy small town feel with great service.

We went here for my wife's birthday on a friends recommendation. It was, in a single word, amazing. The food was incredible, if a bit spend and the service was very decent. We were very happy with our time here.
