There are (surprisingly enough) cheaper places in Chinatown to go to. But honestly for men's cuts and simple (no coloring haven't tried) it's pretty well done. I like the service and the cuts always suit my hair. If you go it's cash only and that's fine as again the price is more than acceptable for the service provided.

Been here since I was a kid. Awesome haircut every time by super friendly barbers for an unbeatable price.

$12 for a guy's haircut. Can't complain! Really good job too. There's a restaurant upstairs with $5 meals to go too. Love it.
