I refilled my nails at Dahlia nail salon in downtown St-Cathrine 2weeks ago, but I don’t know why during this last 2weeks my nails was broken several times and it caused me to go there 3 or 4 times and each time for fixing a nail!!!! Which was reallyy wasting of my time and money despite I had ugly nails and broken ones during the last 2weeks!! That’s sth strange to me because I’m doing my nails for more than 12 years and that’s the first time that I have this kind of problem and this is happrning in the situation that I didn’t do any movings, packing or unpacking stuffs, or anything that can cause my nails to break. And today as I went to the salon and told them about my problem I was in the salon on last Thursday as well to fix another nail!!! , the new owner of the salon ignored me soOoo rudely and didn’t accept their bad service and behaved me so badly which reallyyyy made me more disappointed and I was shocked by his manner and words!!! The new owner reallyyyy doesn’t care about the customers and is a rude guy who even doesn’t know how to behave with a lady specially a customer!!! The last time that I did my nails there was two weeks ago and the ownership was changed but he told you did it when it was the old owner!!!! Which was a lie!! To sum up, I stronglyyyy do NOT recommend you to go to this place for any kind of services because they don’t know their job and specially the new owner doesn’t know the value of the costumer and how should behave!!!Service: Manicure

Mixed feelings about this spa. They are nicer and cleaner than lots of places. However, on more than one occasion they have added services of “high value” without telling me and charged me the premium expensive price for it. This is dirty business, you shouldn’t give a customer the “spa dhalia pedicure” which adds $20 to the treatment without asking!!! This type of scam is unacceptable. To top it off, I’m never really happy with the quality - in the picture you can see a 6 day old gel manicure that cost $60 before tax. It is chipped and waring - i don’t do anything but type with my hands, so why is it ruined ?

Been a customer for years. Their service did not take a hit after covid, they're just as clean and professional as they used to be. You will see them replacing tools and files every time, and they really pay attention to cross contamination so I always feel safe. They offer a range of designs. I also get waxing and eyelash extensions there, the service is always very professional and exactly what I wanted.

I would give it 4 stars but with all the negative comments, I think they deserve a 5 star to balance out. This place is great. No complaint, well priced, clean and good quality service. I like how they keep the pedicure just under 1 hour so that it's convenient to go during a lunch break.

I broke my shoulder last week and felt like a little pampering. They fit me in for a pedicure last minute with no issues, and even though I was pretty beat up looking hard to look nice when you can't move your arm! everyone was very friendly.
