Salmon Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

My parents contacted Salmon to run the plumbing and gas lines to move there washer and dryer to the main floor of their home. They were very quick to go to their home and give the estimate and they completed the job ahead of schedule. The employees were courteous, professional and very pleasant to deal with. My parents were happy with the workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Best of all the invoice was less then originally quoted so they are obviously very honest too!

We called them out to fix a problem with our humidifyer on the furnace only to later discover a leak in the basement due to the fact that the repairman had not shut the water valve off. In the end they sent the owner Paul out who then installed the incorrect filter for the humidifyer and it leaked again. They stopped returning phone calls and we ended up having to call in someone else to actually correct their mistakes and they still charged us for it - FULL PRICE! after all the time off work. I would stear clear of these guys, they send untrained professionals and they do not stand behind their work or correct their mistakes.

Excellent experience the whole way along. Installed a beautiful new boiler in our century home that works super well. As well, they repiped improperly run lines, so that there were no cold rads. Recommend giving them your business for heating/cooling/plumbing.

Charged almost $400 for installing connections for customer supplied dishwasher and washer. The unfair part is the worker is new, and charged us 2 hours while learning how to do things. Its something that could be done in an hour.

I called Salmon Plumbing to check and start up the boiler heating system October 2015 because I knew nothing about it. The service technician didn't know anything about the programable thermostats. Didn't have parts with him and went back to shop to get parts. Technician said pump was little noisey and that I would be replacing it within a year. Called Salmon Plumbing again because the pump was running all the time. Temperture would drop to 16 celius. Rewired the pump from thermostat wires for 2 zones. One of the Salmon brothers came out to assist thier technician. Called Salmon Plumbing again October 2016 because boiler would not start up. Technician replaced the pilot light system. After paying Salmon Plumbing almost $3,000.00 in 1 1/2 yrs I had another problem with the boiler. January 2017 called a different company to replace boiler pump because of sqealing and temperature drops to 16 celius. The other company technician showed me where I had to drop oil for the pump bearings. He explained why the temperature dropped because the thermostats where not set properly. He set the thermostats, oiled the pump bearings for under $200.00. Salmon Plumbing you ripped me off and should be ashamed of yourself. The posting wouldn't let me give them a zero star rating or I would.
