Dane answered my inquiry very quickly, gave me an ETA, and a very reasonable cost estimate.  Dane arrived on time and did a great job going above and beyond the task by offering multiple solutions for me to choose from during the process.  No hidden fees vs the quote, although I know he would be upfront before doing the work. A+, will use again.
