Murray Stark is fantastic! He came into our home and gave us his honest opinion, an assessment of our actual needs. He explained in detail the size and layout of our house and why we required a certain size/power of furnace. He gave his opinion on the quality of the brands available and helped to educate us on the current technologies. Murray looked at our current furnace set-up and was able to suggest changes we could consider for the new furnace that would make things easier and more accessible going forward. It was also nice to have him follow up and assure us that everything was done properly. The team Murray sent out to do the job was professional, courteous and efficient. They got the job done in an appropriate amount of time, were considerate about clean-up and made sure to answer any questions we had. Murray is very friendly, we felt at ease with him (and so did our kids and our furbabies, which is important to us.) He is very thorough in his explanations and is also very organized. It's clear that he cares about his customers and knows how to best meet their needs. We will recommend Murray to anyone that could benefit from his expertise.

Sherry was outstanding. Knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. She corrected some oversights from the original install and helped us to understand the workings of a high efficient furnace. We have heat again and know how to work it now. The circuit board was fried. Replaced it and it works like it should now. We hope that Relience appreciates her as much as we do.

Dean Timpani was the sales rep. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly without ever making us feel pressured. He answered all our questions, most times before we asked them! He seemed to know what we needed and explained everything in a way the he knew WE understood. Would highly recommend Dean to everyone!

I live in a rental unit in a condo. The furnace is 24 years old and it was difficult to find the required parts....that left me and my family four days without heating in the middle of a Canadian winter.....of course I was not happy with situation...on the other hand, the Reliance Home Comfort technicians that came to repair the furnace were very professional, polite and honest regarding the repair and the status of the furnace. Hopefully our landlords do the right thing and replace that equipment ASAP.

Good morning, Our furnace was 19 years old and the Secondary Heat Exchange had some issues; which, leaked Carbon Monoxide into our house. The hand held meter registered +1,000 PPM of Carbon Monoxide, which is extremely high and dangerous. We experienced all sorts of discomforts and migraines, so we contacted Reliance to investigate. They had us up and running with a new furnace In no time. Your Reliance Home Comfort Advisor Murray Stark was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything for us. He was easy to speak with and answered all our questions. Thanks to Reliance's quick action, we are all safe and get so see another tomorrow ... Fern & Cindy.
