We were visiting the Baseball museum and came in for a bite to eat. The restaurant has lots of tables inside and outside. They have a nice selection of pizza and drinks. Beer on tap and cans.
Nice pizza joint on main street in Cooperstown. Right near the Baseball Hall of Fame, it was a good place to stop in for a couple of slices. Not the greatest pizza, but I am kinda biased being from NYC, but it was pretty good. Would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.
The food was great. We went twice in 3 days. The first day. The lady behind the counter had the personality and friendliness of a brick wall. The second day however. The guy behind the counter was very very nice and made the whole experience great. If I didn’t have to deal with the lady the first day…. This would be 5 stars all around
The guy behind the counter wasn't especially friendly. He had on a muscle shirt and a hat. The pizza was old. We were disappointed because we wanted New York style pizza… You know the kind. Hanging off the plate that you can fold and there is grease dripping off of it. This was not that.
Hi, it was second visit to Upstate New York for my and my friends. We we stoppednin Cooperstown for the first time for a quick bite to eat. We went to Sal's Pizzeria of Cooperstown. There were many visitors, it smelled delicious. We ordered several slices of pizza one bun with sausages. Sat down to eat on the veranda. All eas delicious!!!! I rarely praise pizzerias, but this one is really tasty. Some people are put off by the price, but trust me, thirs pizzas are worth it. Restrooms are clean.nI advise all my friends and acquaintances Sal's Pizzeria of Cooperstown. Thanks to its owners for their respect for people.nnP.S. photos were taken in a hurry.
