Le Saint Amour se veut figure de proue dans le rayonnement de la gastronomie québécoise.

Comme un repas se doit d’être une expérience inoubliable à tous les points de vue, les deux propriétaires du Saint-Amour M. Jacques Fortier et le Chef Jean-Luc Boulay ont déployé depuis 1978 leurs énergies afin de réunir une équipe passionnée et attentionnée, de la cuisine à la salle à manger. Le Saint Amour se veut figure de proue dans le rayonnement de la gastronomie québécoise. Alliant tradition et innovation, les professionnels en cuisine misent sur les plus récentes techniques pour rendre hommage aux fines denrées de notre Terroir.

Au fil des ans, ce restaurant gastronomique réputé du Vieux-Québec est devenu un endroit raffiné et chaleureux où le qualificatif de distinctive ne s’arrête pas à la cuisine, mais s’étend jusqu’à l’ambiance et au confort des lieux…à un point tel que Sir Paul McCartney, accompagné de sa troupe, a choisi d’y savourer un repas lors de son légendaire passage à Québec en juillet 2008.

Through the years, this renowned gourmet restaurant, situated in the heart of historical Quebec, has become a sophisticated and warm establishment where the qualification of distinction does not only refer to the kitchen, but also extend to the ambiance and décor. ( in a point such as Sir Paul McCartney and his band decided to take their only dinner at the Saint-Amour at the occasion of their legendary concert held in Quebec City in July 2008.)
