I recently bought my Salomon Crosstrek shoes from SAIL, and I had a fantastic experience. The store is spacious and well-organized, with a wide range of outdoor gear. Everything is neatly arranged, making it easy to find what you need. It’s definitely a great place for all your outdoor activity needs. Highly recommend it!
Ran in for some gift cards. Ended up doing a little impulse shopping. Lol. It happens.nnI find regular prices on clothing here are a little steep but that because you’re buying good quality. If you can get stuff on sale or on clearance the deals are amazing. $60 camo shirts on clearance for $20 today. Score.nnThey have everything outdoors related here. I almost always grabbing some fishing or hunting accessories when I’m here.nnBig store. Nice and bright. Laid out well. Pay them a visit. You’ll be impressed.
We came to this location to buy two kayaks. Jim was our sales representative and he was super helpful and informative. He knows a lot of stuff about kayaks and the things needed. He helped us find items in our price range and things we should invest in the future. We came home with two kayaks and a paddle, shortly after went back and bought another paddle too! He helped us find everything we needed and answered all our questions. Super friendly and informative worker.
Good MorningnnYesterday, Nov.14-2025, my wife and I visited your store. We live in St.Catharines. We came for winter boots and a winter jacket for my wife Barb. We arrived at 10am. The care and attention we received from everyone was A+. The person that really impressed us was Shaheer, in the boot section. Oddly enough, when we go shopping for anything, I usually always know more about the product than the sales associate, as I always research things online beforehand. Well Shaheer has soooooo much knowledge, and he conveys that knowledge to the customer in a very clear and respectful manner. His patience was incredible, we had running back and forth with apx. 10-15 different size requests in total. The boot department seemed pretty busy to us, and while he was by himself, he treated every customer with the same attention and kindness as he gave to us. Just incredible, that’s how Customer Service should be. Sail is very lucky to have Shaheer.nnI believe in our many years of shopping, I could probably only count on one hand how many times we received exceptional Customer Service. I had been to 2 other stores looking for hiking shoes. I knew what I wanted by Merrill however the other stores seemed to busy to help out even though there wasn’t much foot traffic. I walked into Sail having checked availability of the product I wanted and they had lots of workers helping on a very busy Saturday. One gentleman asked what I needed and grabbed it for me. I tried them on and was happy. Great job Sail.
