We ordered $50 worth of food, ginger beef was frozen inside and the crispy wontons were not cooked properly. I drove back and took it back all perfectly packed up with hardly anything eaten. Her response was sorry the food is always cooked. No refund and she threw the food in the garbage. It explains the empty restaruant..don’t ever expect a refund, i've even heard someone say they found a finger nail in their food here. yes mistakes happen but the fact that they were quite rude about it and didn't even offer to remake it or give a refund is horrible and unprofessional. probably even gonna call an health inspector for this,

We ordered take out during fest of ale. We paid $21 for a container of noodles and cabbage with a few chunks of chicken. I mean a few. Ginger beef was obviously previously frozen as well as the spring rolls. A stop at M and M meat probably would have sufficed.

Saigon is a family run/owed business that serves authentic food. Delicious, fresh, and wholesome. Also, try Lee's Over Seas and Sushi Haven. I used to like this place because they used to have decent deep friend wontons, but they've cheaped out like everyone else. Sad small pathetic wontons. Just take them off the menu. What you get for $8 is a joke.

Just not good. Food has no flavour besides salt. Should’ve been a red flag when the restaurant is completely empty at 6:30pm

Delicious fresh vegetable rolls and the Pho Ga had good flavour, the owner was very courteous and polite.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, dinner for 4 on Father’s Day was disgusting. 69$ no chicken in the chicken chow mein, no pork in the pork fried rice, all noodles no cabbage. Sweet n sour pork was thick n goopy no pineapple. Never again do not waste your money!!!

The waitress was very pleasent and polite. Service was fast and we felt like they wanted us here :. Huge portions, enough for dinner the next day. It was very very good as well, was pleasantly surprised! We had the Saigon lemon chicken, veggie chow mein and the sizzling chicken. Great experience :

Great place for some Canadian Chinese food, lots of options and combos at affordable prices. Never greasy or soggy, but crisp and/or well sauced.
