My favorite Vietnamese go-to restaurant, like their big portions of food with never disappointed food flavor. Tried the crispy tofu for the first time, but the taste was over my expectation, great combination with the saucedefinitely order it again later on!
The restaurant is really clean, tables are fully stocked with utensils and condiments. The food is a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve gone to, but the food has been consistently good. Service is sometimes a hit or miss and there has been times where the food took a while to come out. Other than that, it’s definitely my go to for fresh rolls and pho. Vegetarian options: Lots of good vegetarian items. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Parking: Parking in the plaza can get full, but there is more parking by the mall. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has more than enough room to fit a wheelchair comfortably on one of their tables.
Pho review: had the rare beef, well done beef, and tendon. Broth was excellent, a bit high on the salt, but complex and clear. Beef was arguably some of the best I've had: seasoned well, and very fresh. Portion sizes were good. Service wasn't the fastest, but at 7 minutes, is adequate. Pricing is mid range, while not the cheapest, I've had more expensive pho. It's a solid 4.5/5, less 0.5 stars for the higher salt flavour.

Great location, service and food! This was our first time dining here as we normally go to other Pho locations. I’m glad we decided to come here though. It’s looking like it will be my favourite pho spot in Brampton. Atmosphere inside was lively, modern and clean. Service was very quick and friendly. The food was delicious albeit smaller portions than other pho spots. Quality however was very good so not complaining over quantity. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since the area is busy with lots of other restaurants. We will definitely be back!
Nice and clean restaurant. Good portion of noodles and food. No crazy busy parking lot. Staffs are kids friendly.
Workers were nice but the food took a long time. Quite pricey compared to other pho restaurants. For rice noodle soups, medium is the smallest for $12, large $13 & XL $15. Pho didn’t hit the spot, don’t think I’ll be returning.

I was so disappointed on my first experience dining in this Resto 27-Aug-21.. Service and food are total fail.. we came at 7:05PM and made our order at 7:10PM the food came at 7:52PM.. we waited for almost an hour just for the 2 meals we order.. second their cook or chef need to make an improvement with their cooking.. The grilled chicken fried rice has NO TASTE it feels like I'm eating a Palin rice that is mixed with garnishing.. since we are so hungry waited for long we tried to finish the whole plate.. the phad Thai is TOO SOUR.. I can't taste the distinct flavor of original Vietnam taste.. only thing that I'm tasting is the soy sauce that they used on this noodles.. I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food and I tried couple of restaurants around brampton area most of them are good except this Saigon House.. management has to do something to improve their service and the cooking skills of their chefs.. I won't recommend this resto to any of friends and relatives.. this review is not to throw bad comments in their business but to improve their lapses.. and furthermore no body wants to spend money on foods that is less in quality
This is my favorite Pho place in Brampton! I used to go to their old location on West drive and I was so sad when they left, but once I saw they had opened this new location I was so happy! They have the most flavorful veggie pho! Customer service is always on point here! The staff is kind, inviting and the environment is clean and modern. I truly enjoy dining here! Thank you for the excellent service, we will definitely be coming back! Vegetarian options: The veggie pho with tofu P17and the pad Thai are great vegetarian choices you can always ask for no egg for the pad Thai and they will make it just to your liking Kid-friendliness: The staff was beyond helpful and brought a high chair and a smaller bowl for my son to have some of our soup to share with him! Wheelchair accessibility: There is automatic doors and chairs that can easily be moved to accommodate wheel chair access.
