Feb 2023 - currently open for take out only. Food is freshly cooked and delicious. Service is professional. I would recommend the Pho, Yang Chow Fried Rice and the Grilled Pork-chop. I have noticed though, that the portion size of fresh ingredients like basil, pepper and lime have been reduced, most likely to keep prices reasonable.
Although we wish we could dine in, we are always super happy when we order from Pho Dau Bo. Our food is always ready within a reasonable time for an affordable price and always tastes so good that it hits the spot! Attached is an old photo from when I wasn't feeling well and had it ordered to home
Our go to Vietnamese/pho place in brampton! Generous portions, fresh ingredients. Their pho broth is amazing, and one of the best I've had. If you're ever torn between getting their grilled pork/chicken on vermicelli or pho like I was, just order a side of small pho broth with your vermicelli order and you can have the best of both worlds!
The staff are friendly and the food is always good. The prices are very fair and in alignment with other businesses. I do miss the indoor dining, it's nice to enjoy a meal out. But I have seen a lot of companies head this way after Covid. Ambiance got a 4 out of 5 only because we'll, it's clean but decor is minimal at best. Regardless, food is great and I wish them well.
Best Pho in Brampton, very fast service most of the time, good price and very friendly. Dec2022: Haven’t been here in a long time but was back in the area visiting friends and wanted to go back. Found out it isn’t open for dining only delivery. Still decided to order it, I will say it was still really good. We did have to reheat the broth but they package it separate so you add the rare beef in yourself so it is rare and not well done. Prices do seem more but then again I never used to order delivery so hard to compare. Would still get it again but there may be better deals elsewhere.
I live close by so tried it out based on an InBrampton article saying it's the best Pho in town. I'm far from a Pho pro but the soup and spring rolls were really good. They also have all the sauces and extras you need right there on the table. As other reviews said the place is pretty plain on the inside and service was almost non existent unless I asked for something, but they were polite. Think of it like a take-out place but you can eat there. Not sure what kind of service people expect, its as cheap as McDonald's. Definitely will be returning.
Used to love dining in there. Last time I went November 2022 it was still closed for dine in. Still, with takeout only, it’s still one of the best tasting pho in Brampton. Now, here’s a tip for having nice pho at home. Have a china bowl, a china spoon and chopsticks at your place just for that done-in feel, optional. When you arrive place the soup in the bowl and microwave it till it boils again, or you could also boil it on the stove, which is my preference. With the boiled soup in the bowl, put all the other ingredients in the soup, let it stand for about 5 minutes and then enjoy. Careful it’s hotttttttttt!!! If you like heat, Sriracha, pickled peppers and crushed chilli flakes in oil. Those you can ask for as you’re taking out. Enjoy!!
Was the best pho in Brampton until recently. They give less noodles and cut the beef balls in half to make it Look like like more. My order have 3 balls. Will not be purchasing again.
Absolutely horrible. meat was blue and the soup does not taste like pho. the one in Mississauga is so much better and fresh. the mat did not taste fresh do not recommend this place
