Safeway Pharmacy

I like this Safeway store location, but pharmacy staff aren’t helpful. My Dr.’s office had to re-send my prescription three times to this pharmacy, and each pharmacy staff representative I spoke to (three different individuals on separate occasions) gave me different information.

The people working at the pharmacy treat you like your very existence is a problem for them. Every question is met with rolled eyes and prescriptions are no where to be found. The experience of going into pick up medications feels like being called into the principles office. My experience of this place is that they both do not care at all about the experience of the people who come here and almost completely incompetent, treating sick people who need their help to an unpleasant and totally pointless experience. Do not go to this pharmacy

I can't believe the negative reviews here. I have used the Tumwater Safeway for 20 years and I am completely satisfied with their friendly, efficient, and professional service. I have complicated health issues that require the help of really good pharmacists and they have never let me down. They also handle medications for my dog and they are able to do so at a much lower cost than my vet or other pharmacies that I have checked. I give them 5 stars with no reservations.

I have had good experiences and bad experiences. There is one person there that is incredibly rude and incredibly mean but the others are awesome. I don't know her name she has long dark hair she's wonderful she's always friendly to me. The pharmacist have been amazing as well very knowledgeable and very helpful

As a customer purchasing medication at a pharmacy, I am expect to be treated in a friendly professional manner. The pharmacy is very important to our neighborhood. What I experienced today was discouraging. I am writing these lines in the hope of improving the customer service at this pharmacy to a level of calm, attentive professionalism. I stood at the counter and waited 7 minutes (I timed it) to have someone acknowledge my presence and even then I was greeted in a unfriendly manner. They could not find the information we needed, were repetitively unsuccessfull in determining what our insurance would allow. This was the second time we had such a negative experience at this pharmacy and we definitely won't be heading back.
