Saba's Beauty Spa Inc

I've been going to Saba's Beauty Spa for years now. It's by far the best waxing experience I've ever had. She makes you comfortable and relaxed, and is fast and efficient! Definitely recommend her any day!

Do not go...Saba does nto believe in customer service. I too purchased a groupon. Saba never answered my emails or phone calls to book an appointment until it expired. She insisted I had to use it at full price (too high to begin with). I took my daughter who out of pocket paid extra for a special manicure that would last 2-3 weeks. It did not last 2 days. I wrote, and phoned Saba many times and sent her a picture of the awful look only 2 days later. I did expect a refund or a re-do. Surprise surprise, she never called or offered anything. NO customer support, service or professionalism EVER from this women. Don't waste your time or money - not even on a groupon - she needs the clientele, but will never keep them at this rate. There are many many wonderful salons out there, find another.

I purchased a groupon because the deal was $39 for a manicure and pedicure. When I tried to make my appointment a month before the groupon expired, the lady on the phone (Saba) was very rude and abrupt. She had said she was too busy and didn't have the three dates I suggested. She also laughed at me when I had initially suggested an appointment for the next day. I called back several times and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail indicating I wanted an appointment and no one called me back. I called the next day and the lady had no appointment. I kept calling and finally I had to book an appointment AFTER my groupon expired because every time I called, there weren't any available. Due to her unavailability, I didn't even get a Manicure & Pedicure as promised, I could only get (an overly priced) pedicure ($45) that I had to pay into out of my pocket. I had a pedicure done, and she did a good job on the soles of my feet. However, the nail polish application was very sloppy. It was on my skin, and not even covering all of my pinky toes. Several times throughout the prep process it was very painful. The metal tools used were used with too much force, it really hurt. At the end of my experience I figured, "Ok maybe she was rude but she did a good job on my heels, I'll tip her." When I got to the counter and showed her my groupon (which still held the value of $39) the lady was arguing with me about taxed and extra costs. She said she charges an extra $10 for the machine she used to smooth out my heels. She never once mentioned this machine cost more, as when she took it out she just began using it, never asking me if I wanted the machine. Also, I made it very clear I was a first-time customer. At the cash she argued with me saying she wouldn't have used the machine on me if she knew I had a Groupon. She then proceeded to try to make me pay an extra $10 for using the machine on my heels! I flat out told her I wouldn't be paying the extra $10, because if she had told me it was an extra cost I would of told her not to use it, and it was her mistake as a business owner to use things that cost extra without telling your client (who is new to the establishment). She continued to argue with me but I refused to pay the extra $10 and told her that next time she needs to say something and not just assume customers are willing to pay more (especially if they don't know the services you offer as a first time customer). Overall, this experience was horrible. My heels look good, but the polish isn't applied correctly. Saba is extremely rude on the phone and especially when dealing with any type of "coupon" customer. I will never, ever go there again and I will be sure to spread the word all over my social media.

Got a pedicure. It was the best I ever had. Also got some waxing done. Really nice atmosphere and the esthetician is a really sweet lady.
