AMAZING SERVICE! I went yesterday with my younger sister on a walk-in basis and they did the most amazing job on my nails! Ive been getting acrylic for 6 years now and I’ve never seen such an amazing job done! Even though it is far from my house, i will be returning! The staff was amaaazing, especially the man who greeted us, his smile and service was the best! He tried to make us feel comfortable! The lady that did my nails was also super professional and she did an amazing job! She did exactly what i wanted! I am super pleased with my visit!

I love having my lash extension done here.DN NAILS SPA is probably the best in ottawa and is a true gem. Lyn was very nice , all the people were so welcoming.. they even offered to give me a drink and also to sit on one of the massage chairs while waiting! Customer service is definitely 10/10. Lyn also answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Will definitely go back for all the other services as this place offers such a nice and awesome experience for everyone. I also love how my lashes look- full, long with lots of volume. There’s not enough words to describe how amazing this place was.

DO NOT GO! I would give zero stars if I could! I’m never ever going back! I called and asked about an eye lash extension refill because they messed them up the first time and they told me they were going to charge me $40 plus tax..  when the lady asked what I didn’t like about extensions I said that they were not full enough .. so she re did them for me ( the exact same as I didn’t like them ) and then when I got to the cash it was $120 after 10% off! I begin to argue saying I didn’t agree to that price and told them if they made me pay I was never going to go back again... and they made me pay anyways. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also waited for an hour and 15 minutes for my BOOKED appointment..
