My family has been going here for around 15 years now. Their massive expansion is evidence to how excellent their service is. Sometimes the cuts are a bit off but that really depends on the person and on the day they're having. Then again I can only speak for men's cuts, I know they pay extreme attention to women's cuts and I have never seen a bad woman's cut walk out of there. In sum, the best place in Nepean to get your haircut.

Sam did an amazing job fixing a bad hair colour.   She gave me a great cut and recommendation for how to maintain.   Salon is beautiful and clean,  everyone was super friendly.   Highly recommend!

One of the worst coustomer service and my personal experience was too bad employees don't even care wht they are doing. I got the disaster cut for my hair..very bad experience .
