It's appointment only. I mean, I guess it's on me for not looking into it before I showed up, but no other place does this and this place never did it in the past, so I wouldn't have even known to look it up. But the real reason for the 1 star review is the scolding and infantile treatment I received when they found out I had no appointment. Not just me, they were irritated with everybody else that showed up without an appointment. Seems a lot of people don't realize that. I bet this happens every single day. They literally have a person whose job is to go to everybody waiting in line to see if they have an appointment before they get to the counter. That's beyond stupid. Come on, guys. This was a waste of my time.

As others have mentioned in their comments, worst service you would ever encounter in Canada! Upper management is beyond rude and act entitled, never saw anything like that in this country. Someone needs to fix this place asap and change management there for more professional. Service desk employees act normal, to be fair, seems issues are coming from the top.

I have been trying to get my disability placard renewed for a year. went in, and the lady tried everything in her power to help me even missing her break. She was the most amazing person I have ever seen there.

Worst service I have ever experienced in Canada. The staff isn’t knowledgeable and it always bottlenecks at the upper management who acts entitled and beyond rude — probably because they are burning out from having to solve everything — they then give you half the information so you are told to come back. This repeats several times until it gets done. Huge time sink, several hours of physical appointments and wasted time because they do not have a decent online system capable of addressing simple things.

No walk-ins even though SAAQs website points to this location as a point of service for various things that you can NOT do on-line. So don't waist your time coming here. I turned around and went to Aylmer where walked-in are welcomed and found friendly and efficient service.
