I have been trying to get my disability placard renewed for a year. went in, and the lady tried everything in her power to help me even missing her break. She was the most amazing person I have ever seen there.

Worst service I have ever experienced in Canada. The staff isn’t knowledgeable and it always bottlenecks at the upper management who acts entitled and beyond rude — probably because they are burning out from having to solve everything — they then give you half the information so you are told to come back. This repeats several times until it gets done. Huge time sink, several hours of physical appointments and wasted time because they do not have a decent online system capable of addressing simple things.

No walk-ins even though SAAQs website points to this location as a point of service for various things that you can NOT do on-line. So don't waist your time coming here. I turned around and went to Aylmer where walked-in are welcomed and found friendly and efficient service.

Went to do a simple vehicle registration at 3:30pm, there was 4 clients sitting and waiting and 15 staff standing around chatting at their wickets doing absolutely zero on the taxpayers dime... I was then denied service by a lady at the front not the front desk clerk because I didn't have an Appointment . It seemed like this lady's whole entire job was to tell people who didn't have an appointment they would not be served here. .nnThis is a MAIN SAAQ in the region and to be denied my right to be provided service, when the place was deader than disco is unacceptable.nnUnsure why this level of efficiency is allowed in the public sector.. complete waste of taxpayers dollars . Would leave zero stars if possible

It's no surprise that SAAQ failed yet again. Attempted to register a new vehicle online through SAAQclic yesterday. As we have 10 days until the temp plate expires, the earliest appt. was cutting close to the due date, so we thought we would go in person. This morning, we are there. A very unenthusiastic woman no name tag but 5'2, curly black hair asked us what we needed. We spoke both English AND French. She said we need an appt and just wanders off. We had to call her back over to ask additional questions. While in mid sentence, she walks away, and when I point this rudeness out, she waves her hand at us like she clearly DGAF. She didn't even go help anyone else...just walked around aimlessly. This was the same service that was given to the couple in front of us. Thankfully, the other 2 ladies there were super friendly and helpful, but ultimately, we are required to make an appt to return. Also, please note that they have the same booking tool than we have on SAAQclic . Most businesses jump on the chance to help when you point out you have a 3K cheque for them but not SAAQ. For the amt. of taxes we pay, we sure don't get adequate service. Shame on you, SAAQ.
