SAAQ

I went to the SAAQ on Friday at 10 a.m. without an appointment. I waited for about an hour and was able to get my replacement driver’s license. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. Just one small thing to note — the office is located in a corner on the second floor, so it’s a bit hard to find.nnHope this helps others who are visiting for the first time!

This is the WORST location to go to. If I could rate it as a zero star I would. The chairs are dirty with who knows what stains. The employees are miserable and rude. I went to get my learners permit only to be turned around saying my paper was “invalid” I was told to go to my driving school and have them print it out and give me an official documentation. I go back to my school and confirm no, this paper is valid. Even on the SAAQ website it states it’s valid a printed form from the school to my email. I go back to this location to explain the situation and the rudest lady with pink hair then tells me to sit down and rolls her eyes at me! If you can avoid this location I would. Wasted day, time and over 60$ in Ubers and bus tickets for the day. AVOID AVOID.

The wait time is too long, even when you have an appointment. The atmosphere is cool, clean, comfy, and refreshing even if you are to wait a while. The staff have smiling faces, and that is infectious to make one relax. As everything in Quebec, the numbers are called in French, and customers who are far from the tele promoter and do not understand any jack in French missed their opportunity. If any of the staff called out in English ed language must be after I left. Though a bit noisy with lots of people making and receiving calls at the top of their lungs.

Absolutely terrible experience. Wondering how such incompetent employees even have a job there. Went in to renew my drivers’ license and took a number. The ladies didn’t even call numbers properly and it was inaudible. Waited an 1.5h for nothing. The place has no business being there its absolutely horrible.

Great service!nJohanne is not only the supervisor, but the nicest and most helpful and patient person I have met lately. This is where you should go, especially if you need a problem solved.
