Excellent Service. I had an appointment at 9 to renew my driving license. I entered at exactly 9AM and I was out at 9:09. It took only 9 min to renew driving license. Staffs are kind. Thank You.

Go with an appointment and be there before the appointment time, the service is much quicker. Do not need to take the number if you have appointment, they will call your name.

This office is extremely disorganized. They only work by appointment now, but even so you take a number and wait hours to be served. Staff are irritable and the service is just bad.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went there. The staff is very helping and accommodating. We had been to other offices but this place is the best.

BUY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! Don’t waste your time going here unless you have one. No one will even talk to you.

Excellent service. Very polite and professional staff. it took only 5 mins for me to register my car. This office is located inside a shopping mall which is not visible from the outside at the location that google map shows . I parked the car outside and entered from a random backdoor into the mall and after some search found it to be on the second floor. If you don't have an appointment, you better be there before 11:00am. I arrived there at about 11:15AM, 10 people were already in front of me in line.I waited about 30 minutes for my turn and it took about 5 minutes to register my car. The lady who helped me with the process was super friendly and I was quite happy with the whole process

Friendly staff. But they take their time to do their job. I'm sure the processes can go at least twice faster if they want to. Goes the same to most saaq.

This is a review about their call center. I like that there is an option to have them call you, so you don't wait 20 minutes on the phone. I like this kind of option, more organizations should have it. However note than when calling, you will navigate through many options until you have the option to be called by them

Looong wait times. Can't blame them. There are only 2 employees working there as of right now Aug 23, 2021. If you don't want to wait, make an appointment. Kudos to the white lady with the short shorts who served me. I was one of the last ones in line and it was almost time to close. For sure she was already tired but she still managed to smile and say hello. Was there to get a replacement plate for my motorcycle and it only took her about 5 minutes to finish the job. For the people who are complaining please have more patience. They are humans too. It wasn't their decision to open the place with only 2 employees.
