Lines are horribly long. Employees aren’t nice at all. Frustrated, stressed out they don’t understand what you need. Security is useless. Unprofessional staff.nnWasting my time and don’t even know when I’m gonna be next. Yes there is a waiting list and they gave me a number, but it’s been hours. That’s unacceptable.nnSo many people, in front of me, behind me around me. I’m definitely not the only one thinking the same.
The wait time is too long, even when you have an appointment. The atmosphere is cool, clean, comfy, and refreshing even if you are to wait a while. The staff have smiling faces, and that is infectious to make one relax. As everything in Quebec, the numbers are called in French, and customers who are far from the tele promoter and do not understand any jack in French missed their opportunity. If any of the staff called out in English ed language must be after I left. Though a bit noisy with lots of people making and receiving calls at the top of their lungs.
It was very quick if you book an appointment. I had to renew my license and booked on appointment online. By the time I got there they called my name and paid everything and it was quick. Took less than 15 minutes. For those waiting without an appointment it could take at least 1 hour or more so it’s recommended to have an appointment.

I tried calling them multiple times! In the end, they don't let you leave a message. They say to call back later. Or to look for the information you need online. Why do we pay so much taxes? It's the province with the highest taxes in canada and with the worst services!
