Why do you hire Southeast Asian people who cannot pronounce the most basic words in French or English in a way that can be understood? I've worked with S.E. Asian doctors., lawyers and teachers who are very professional and can communicate clearly in both languages.. The SAAQ hires the lowest of the low. This branch is an unfortunate circus.

I guess service really depends. My first time being there involved a 5min transaction for a 2h30 wait, when i had been told it'd take 1h30. I had 30 numbers ahead in my lane, and the place was pretty jam packed. the people who served me weren't kind or rude, it must be boring to sit there all day so i understand if they don't smile.

Probably the worst SAAQ ever... they have attitude, cant speak English OR French, nobody knows how to do their job... every question you might have, they will need to group up (all 3 of them) and discuss about that question. Nobody can give you a straight answer.. oh and I dare you to call them.. if they answer i'll give you 1$!

Terrible place. Disorganized, slow. They serve commercial clients at the picture stand. If a dealer does 20 transactions you need to wait for as long as it takes. 5 minutes transaction turns into hours of wait, no warning from their part. On top of it, the place is small, overheated and smelly, yak.
