Worst service ,waited in line for 1:10 minutes to confirm payment which took 30 seconds. 4 employees on appointment side and no one in line and 2 employees on no appointment side and the line up is full that it took over one hour to get served and then they wonder why people are rude and Impatient!!!

The level of incompetance of SAAQ is imberassing. They have absolutly no idea what they are doing, they do not know how to process payments properly. They do not track records correctly. They are the worth government administration in Québec.

Pretty fast service even with 20-30 people in line..went without appointment here..only waited a good 20 min..pretty satisfiednnAlso if making appointment online, it’s a month long..not ideal!! So just show up 15 min before closing time is best!

Managed to resolve my request very quickly. All staff members where very friendly and helpful. The line was moving very fast.

Very Busy big line-up.nThey had all counters running, and very efficiently, even with this it took one and a half hour.
