Walked in on a Monday morning around 10.45am to renew my car registration and pay for my licence renewal. And even though there was a huge line up - I was done and on my way under an hour. Very friendly and courteous service too!

The worst experience you'll have this year. They have 2-3 open counters and be ready to be shoved in a tight packed line of people for an hour + their waiting line makes no sense at all they treat people literally like cattle i get so anxious in there I hate it hate it hate itnnEdit: I change my rating a bit because I will say the employee are all very nice and patient, plus they told me soon they are moving to a new bigger spot so that's good to hear.

Today morning a security told me my Permanent Resident Card wasn't valid identification and I couldn't get a driver's license. I was shocked. I said it was a Canadian government document. He said it wasn't issued by the Quebec government. They currently ONLY issue driver's licenses to citizens. I'm still in shock!nI will file a further complaint about this case and will seek help from the media.

Very bad experience. The lady at the leftmost window labeled 1, though the number seemed to be 10 was extremely impatient and provided very poor service. If Google allowed 0 stars, I would give it to her. Her attitude completely ruined my mood.

horrible service. they wrote my name wrong on my permit and i had to come all the way back 2 weeks later, just for them to tell me i have to go to corbusier EVEN THOUGH theyre the ones who gave me the appointment to come back to THIS location and now we have to wait till october for another appointment.
