I've been a client for more than 10 years for my home and 2 cars. Anytime that I've had questions or concerns about my coverages, I have always been guided and information about my insurance has always been explained clearly. I have utmost trust in Groupe Concorde because I know that they are protecting me and they have always been there whenever I needed them, during accidents.

Worst service ever seen. Insurance agents are very very rude. When you call them it seems like they are tired of their life and first question they asked why don't you take insurance from any other company because we already have so many clients and we are not looking new clients.
