They close the door and stop all the work at 3.30 pm, whereas the closing hours are at 4 pm in reality. Clearly have no respect for their clients who have taken time out from their busy schedules to visit them for any important work. The people working there have a disgusting attitude and clearly seem to be running away from work.

Made an appointment online as specified because the website doesn't work properly. I arrived and still had to take a number and wait in a big line.

Should be able to renew registration online, with a system that can implement monthly payments. Would avoid the exceptionally long wait time and ridiculously long line ups. New system implemented has stopped working numerous times since opening up. Friend has had a cat for a month and not be able to register it, appointments are 2-4 months out. Luckily if you get a cancellation. HORRENDOUSSSS!
