There is a rude Lady Name JENIFER….Doesn’t have any manner how to talk to the clients…Very Rude lady… She needs to elaborate her thinking … she Should not judge people by their Color and religion… With that ill mentality she doesn’t deserve to be a government employee…
Jennifer she is not a good Clark at all. Very rood and disrespectful. This is not called a customer service from the government. Feel bad that peoples choosing who will be get good service by Color and religion. Unacceptable. If I don’t need to go at SAAQ in Châteauguay I will never go back this place.

I arrived at 12:28 for a 12:30 appointment. I was out of there by 12:32. The best experience I've ever had at an SAAQ!
I am an English speaker new to Quebec. The staff was very nice,polite and helpful. Did everything without appointment. Will suggest everyone to go there in person.
They don’t answer or bother to call me back guess because I’m English as well as I seen bad reviews from other English people on here
The lady came out and said they only serve who they want to serve and they dont want to serve anyone who speak english my assumption and stated that its appointment only so even if someone doesn’t show up they dont serve anyone else. Useless location.
Lady was stressed out and making a big scene when there was no reason to and made me come back 2days later and made another scene I decided to go to another Saaq and has no problems over there.
Fast, in and out in 5 minutes. Very nice lady!
