Very poor in person service. Your better off paying online. They do not respect your arrival number as you enter, expect to wait 4 hours without appointment. Do not recommend this location.

If I had an option of negative start I would have given that too. I arrived here and went for 2 min to the washroom. Unfortunately, they called out my appointment number that time. I missed that. I requested them then they provided me another code number. Even after that people coming after me were getting their call but I did not receive my call for long. The person standing  on the reception also did not respond well. They just said I will be called.

The worse service ever I have seen. They don’t ever work the way the should, the waiting time is a minimum of 2 hours

Services are fast and efficient. Only downside is that the system looks outdated. Employees over there seems kinda used to it but they should really update the infrastructure of their departments so errors and problems should be less.

Very good experience! The instructor for road test was very kind and helpful. Regular driving conditions, no tricks/foul play from the stories heard online about SAAQ road testing instructors. Fair judgement.  The SAAQ office has been very quick and efficient for me, too! Much better than Montreal. Never had to wait for long.

Went to a different saaq and their payment system was down. They told me I had to drive here to pay and when I got there50min drive, they told me I couldn't come in to pay because I didn't have an appointment.  Not impressed.

what a terrible experience.  waited 2 hours to finally call and get an appointment for the same day when I was already waiting .  possible the worst experience of my life.

Surprisingly VERY GOOD SERVICE! Fast, polite, professionally trained and eefficient.Worth driving all the way to Saint Jean sur Richelieu. Reccomend to anyone! Thank you for your good service!

Extraordinary location.  The staff, including the security were very kind and friendly.  I believe I was served by a lady named Louise who was extremely patient and accommodating.  I'm glad I chose this location for licensing needs.
