They need to be more helpful towards their students. Especially when they are trying to get into class so they can finally graduate. It would seem, you are on your own. Right now waiting on classes to become available because apparently nothing is available which is really questionable.
INEED MY MONEY BACKnnThe way this process is handled is completely unacceptable. Charging applicants significant amounts of money and then sending a generic rejection with no explanation or feedback is not only frustrating—it is deeply unfair. Applicants invest time, effort, and money into these applications, and in return, receive nothing that helps them understand what went wrong or how to improve.nnThis lack of transparency is disrespectful to students and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the admissions process. It feels as though the system is designed to take advantage of students who are already under financial pressure, rather than support them.nnThere is no valid justification for collecting money from applicants while refusing to provide even the most basic level of accountability. If fees are going to be charged, then clear and meaningful feedback should be the minimum expectation.nnI expect a prompt response addressing both my refund request and this issue. This situation is not acceptable.
The uni is good and the proffs are knowledgable. You will get downtown vibes and pretty enough experience for college life if you really don't wanna get locked in like uoft kids and enjoy your path of 4 years

Unfortunately, my experiences with ServiceHub phone support have been consistently disappointing. In addition to unclear and inconsistent guidance, several interactions have felt unnecessarily rude or dismissive. Calls often seem rushed, with representatives appearing irritated and unwilling to fully engage with the issue, which makes resolving even straightforward, time-sensitive requests difficult.nI understand the volume of inquiries ServiceHub handles, but professionalism and basic courtesy should remain non-negotiable.
