These university students can't be that smart if they are trying to use logic chopping and non sequitur fallacies while handing these papers out on the streetnnThis is a racist protest. And if you condone it.. I will bring it to the media.
Can i just say the only way to pay for tuition at this school is through online banking, which a lot of people don't know how to use and some cards don't allow online banking. so it's weird that an institution would do that known people are coming from all over, my old school you could pay all ways because you never know what peopel are going through as most are just trying to get an education and can barely afford it. i 100% think they should re think this.
I disliked this school and quickly transfered out. It's a pretty bad choice especially considering tuition is the same price as other schools. The buildings and campus are very outdated and worn down, super unfriendly staff, the students seemed trashy, and lastly the orientation for both the faculty and program were a complete joke. During the faculty orientation they chose someone with serious issues as their representative to speak. He made a big fool out of himself and then stormed out mid way through. As a school is this seriously how you want to present yourself to a bunch of new students at an orientation? As for the program orientation, it was set up with such poor taste, kind of like a kids summer camp. The only positive thing I would say about this school is that they have a pretty good student learning accommodations department.
Edit: The university still has not dealt fully with my accessibility issues and I have now come across HUNDREDS of other students who have also had this problem. This school is not disability friendly.nnI find many of the services and parts of the university pretty good. Had a really horrible experience with my accessibility needs but that’s slowly on the up and up. Many parts of the website are confusing including that the test centre only has its address in the most mundane place ever. The student centre is really cool inside though!
I was initially interested in pursuing a Master’s degree at this university due to its convenient location. I reached out to several professors regarding potential supervision, but unfortunately, I was left without any response for nearly two months.nnWhile I understand professors have demanding schedules, it’s disheartening to receive no acknowledgment whatsoever. Academic institutions should uphold standards of communication, especially with prospective students. To be told by the admissions office that a lack of response likely means no one is interested in supervising you is both disappointing and unprofessional.nnProfessors play a critical role in fostering knowledge and education, and a simple courtesy of responding—even if it's to decline—goes a long way. It would reflect the values that academic institutions are supposed to stand for.
