Rutland Physical Therapy Inc.

This is one of the best physical therapy places that Kelowna has to offer. The office staff is very friendly and I always feel welcome when I arrive. All of the physio's are extremely great at what they do and they go out of their way to get to know you and cater to individual needs instead of using a blanket approach like other facilities. I will definitely recommend friends and family to go here.

In my experience being a client with Rutland Physical Therapy I have been very happy with the services provided both by the Physiotherapists as well as the office staff. They are all very friendly and accommodating.

Best physio experience by far with great result and incredible commitment from the physiotherapists. A shout out to Shane for doing such a great job. Only negative is office staff aren't overly friendly - thanks again!

I have been coming to this clinic for over a year. The therapist I've been seeing has been helpful and the staff are friendly to your face, however over the phone is where they really need to adjust their attidudes. The secretaries are very rude. This is one clinic where if you accidentally miss an appointment no matter how rare, you will be billed $40 no questions asked. They won't care why you missed it, and they will treat you like your a problem instead of why they have a paycheque.
