Lifemark Physiotherapy Richter Street

I regularly see Cathy for physio therapy and David for massage. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm not sure what I'd do without their help. I often arrive with a different issue in my body each week and they are eager to adapt and do what they can to right my body. The reception staff are polite and helpful, my appointments are always on time, and the clinic is very professional while keeping a light and friendly atmosphere. I would easily have given 5 stars but the door to the clinic is far too heavy. I'm a wheelchair user and if the door isn't propped open by the reception staff, I have great difficulty getting into the clinic. I've seen many others struggle with walkers and crutches. I believe that the door should be modified with an accessible button to provide access with dignity for all. I have recommended this clinic to friends and family.

I have only been to see Anna twice and I think it’s getting better. She is very thorough and listens to my needs. Always appreciate the heating pads. The front staff is very friendly and efficient. BUT I do find the “lobby” and the rooms very crowded. Isa

I have been going to physio for about a month now. The staff there are great, very efficient, friendly and helpful. Anna has been helping me, she is very personable, listens to me and my body needs. Making a difference, I can say I feel improvement at time goes on. Thank you so much to all the staff for making this a good experience because of a bad situation.

My daughter and I have been attending Lifemark Physio on Richter for over two years. We were looking for a physiotherapist who could provide an effective long term maintenance plan, manage growth related issues and treat acute injuries for a national level athlete. Cathy Vigar has delivered a very high standard of care on all counts utilizing the most effective current treatment techniques. We also appreciate the collaborative approach the staff take and both of us have benefited from the talents of David Skermer. A very friendly and professional office. Highly recommended.

Cathy is an expert at her job. However it's not only Cathy that makes Lifemark #1 all of the staff make me feel welcome and cared for. If it wasn't for this place I'm sure I would be a mess. Thanks guys
