Lifemark Harvey Avenue

I have a work related injury and had surgery 6 weeks ago on my wrist. I also have an elbow injury that was very painful and prevented me from working and doing day to day tasks. After 3 weeks working with a kinesiologist and physiotherapist my strength has doubled and my pain is almost gone. I still have a couple weeks to go but I'm extremely happy with my progress thus far!

The whole Physio therapy experience is great! Murray is VERY knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Good advice, exercises and explanations to questions. Highly recommend!!

I'd like to thank all of the therapists and staff who are helping me get through this difficult time in my life. With their help, I was able to get new diagnostic opinions on a couple of injuries I hadn't been aware of. They adjusted their treatments and sped up my recovery time. I now look forward to my long delayed return to work.

The entire team at Life Mark is amazing! I have been for a few different treatments, everyone always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and well informed on my treatments. I have seen Murray, Laura, and Carmen, Jennifer their physio assistant is also amazing, checking in during treatments to make sure I am still comfortable! I also like that they send me home with at home care such as exercises etc. I will continue to recommend Life Mark Physio to family and friends!

I have been seeing Murray Holmes as my physiotherapist over quite a few years now! He is so knowledgeable, patient, calm and provides excellent physiotherapy techniques. He always makes sure to print off any exercises I need and ensures I know how to properly perform them. Thank you, Murray. The front staff are always to helpful and friendly too!
