Good car wash, cleaned up everything nice. However the guy at the front literally harassed me into trying to buy the monthly pass. When I said no, he bursted out “WELL WHY NOT BUY IT?” Some customer service that is. I understand they are required to ask, but no means no. I don’t wash my car every day to be buying a $20 pass for the month.
Tried to sell me on the unlimited monthly plan despite being in CT on vacation - but he wasn't pushy about it. My car was sparkling after and the free vacuums worked well enough. Knocked off a star because their little cleaning products vending things stole my money.
Just love the options that they provide to clean your car. So east to get in and out and always available. If it’s super nice out you may have to be patient.
The Manager Caleb was terrible. I’ve been a member for 2 years. I explained to the manager that I was told that my monthly price would not change but he did not look into it for me. He complained to the other staff about coming out to talk to me and after I canceled both of my cars he gave me no type of confirmation or receipt of my refund and cancellation. The car wash is decent enough to run your car through but some of the staff working there are not good. Truly disappointed in the service I received.
Deceptive with charges for a monthly pass. Called to address issue, employee stated correct information concerning billing was verbalized at time of purchase. Filing complaints with BBB and in small claims court.
It's in a convenient location. Mostly crowded.. if you get unlimited wash pass, you will get special bay to do sleep detail, got tons of supplies. But these bays are mostly over crowded during weekend.
I love this business. They offer a great deal on car washes. You can join a monthly plan and use it as many times as you want. Every time I have gone my car looked so good! Even the tires come out looking brand new. It's a little hokey but in a fun way. The kids must love it. Wish I did this when my kids were little. I bought a monthly pass and it pays for itself. I was never one to be obsessed with a clean car, but they make it easy! Even a co-worker commented on how good my vehicle looks. The car mat cleaner is so convenient. I use both the Manchester and Avon locations, both are clean and well stocked.
My kids love going to the car wash, and this one is their favorite for good reason! This location rotates through a few fun themes and interacts with their customers to make it a fun experience for all... Plus the car always comes out nice and clean! Several vacuum etc stations for internal cleaning as well.
The car wash was outstanding. I went with the ultra gloss which includes hot wax, undercarriage, tires and RainX. The wash was complete in a few minutes. The free vaccums and air blower were nice but the mat washer could be better than a bucket of dirty water. The only reason I cannot leave a 5 star review is due to the aggressive salesman. I made it clear multiple times I did not want the unlimited pass but the cashier/salesman would not stop pushing it, even after I paid for a single wash. I understand it's a good deal and upselling is just good business but being overly pushy about it will simple turn most people off. Please tell your people to tone it down a notch; if a product is truly great it will sell itself, and does not require someone to be badgered into buying it.
