I work at a car wash and detail center. I took my truck through today and when I asked the guy to walk around my truck to spray it off so I have a decent looking truck leaving and he nodded his head yes. Before I knew it I started to roll forward. Let's just say I'm not going back nor did I feel like I got my money's worth. Like I said I also work at a car wash and yes I also spray off cars. I know for a fact that I can send cars just as fast putting bug prep on the vehicle and spraying off every inch of the car compared to just spraying off the driver side doing a half ass job. I'm not trying to say that I'm the bigger man or anything but I'm doing double the work and pushing the same if not more cars. I take pride in my work and will bet that every single car that comes out of my tunnel is a million times cleaner than the product that they are putting out.

Went through this car wash today and paid $21.39 for a car wash. I want at least a decent car wash. I get back home and noticed that the brushes in the car was took off the paint on the side of my car. They will not answer me either when trying to contact them about it. I’m really disappointed right now in their service.

Great place for a low cost car wash. Since they moved to the optional unlimited car wash plan the wait time for those not on the plan is very long. This is why I gave them 4 stars

The best customer service! Jake was the man and helped clean out the bed of the truck before we entered the car wash! Would recommend to anyone. The customer service blew us away. AMAZING.

So slow! Sat at the "5 minutes or less thru car wash guaranteed" sign for 15 minutes, with only 2 cars ahead of us. Apparently, that "guarantee" means absolutely nothing. Don't go through this car was unless you want to wait a long time.
