I just started bringing my car to Russell Speeders as I don't live in the area but I work near by. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their service is impeccable. I purchased the monthly pass and so far I am so glad that I did. Great prices, great service!

Good outside wash. Sit in the car while your car gets washed. Monthly membership is available that offers unlimited washes and your own lane for access. Unfortunately the inside cleanings should be more consistent sometimes it is welled cleaned and other times it is rushed.

Worst customer service. Women who looked liked some sort of manager was very nasty. Very expensive and I was charged $5.00 extra to wash the mats, and I was told that they would even wash the mat in the trunk. Forget about mat in the trunk they didn’t even wash my mats in the car. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. Worst car experience. I am a limo driver and I have gone to lot of car washes in tri state area. This is my worst experience.

They never get the car clean and never dry. It's a good place to go to get the dirt off. But if you want a shiny car this is not the place

I recently moved to the area and been looking for a good car wash. So far I've tried Splash and and was not happy in the least, and other reviewers on there seem to share my opinion. After looking at all the positive reviews of Russell's I anticipated good things. My truck needed a good spring cleaning and I knew a regular quick wash wouldn't suffice. I called up Russell's and inquired about pricing on a detail service and spoke to David. He was very helpful and said to just bring the car down and he'll look at it to determine what level of wash wash was required, which I agreed to. I brought the truck over yesterday and he gave me some options and since the truck is only about 6 months old I knew I didn't need the top of the line wash but I didn't mind spending some money to have it done well. I agreed to a wash that cost me $73 which I figured would have the car looking great again. After running it through the drive thru wash I parked it and a woman started to take care of the rest, I'd like to add that she was very nice and pleasant. They called me over once they were done and as I'm checking the truck I notice that parts of the back seat and floor were not even vacuumed, the trunk hadn't been vacuumed, the console had not been wiped, there were water marks all over the car and there were still a lot of bug splatter on the front bumper. I went over and told David and he came over to try to help the woman take care of these issues. As they do this I took a rag myself and with just a little elbow grease and a damp cloth was able to clean most if this myself. As far as I am concerned, when I pay $73 at a car wash, I expect it to be completely spotless. I realize that I didn't opt for wax or buffing or any of that, however I expect for the car to be free and clear of any dirt or debris once I'm told it's ready. I've paid $20 and gotten better washes and attention to detail than this. I'm very displeased and will continue looking elsewhere. The one positive was that the staff seemed very friendly.
