I love this restaurant! We live in Missoula and we eat here almost every other week. The food is amazing for the price but it is not a cheap place to eat. Not a place to eat if you don’t have money... this is a nice fancy place. It is 100% worth it. Drinks are fantastic. Service always good. Can’t even express how much I love this place. Always consistent and the desserts.... to die for. Not to sweet. Great.

My first visit to this restaurant was outstanding! Porsche greeted us so kindly and let us choose our own seating in front of a television to watch the basketball game I wanted to see. Rachel was the bartender and was sweet and very attentive. We had the chance to meet the owner and her spouse--very warm and welcoming people. We chose the pork chop sandwich and the Rumour burger and both were outstanding! The chef came out to check to make sure I was satisfied with the preparation and he was sincere and incredibly courteous. Sean took over for Rachel while we were there and he too was very accommodating! The atmosphere of Rumour is tasteful, comfortable and appealing. I haven't experienced many places like this in Missoula and it was refreshing to find! Thank you Rumour for a wonderful afternoon!

I was so disappointed with our dinner here. Do not order the prime rib unless you are hoping for a piece of hard leather slapped on top of a gross pile of mashed potatoes that I would of bet money that they came from a box of powder. The waitress was nice and tried to make things better by finding a "sharper knife" There was nothing pleasant about the food or the drinks. The atmosphere is nice but the owner is overwhelming by hoovering way too close, it was almost as if knew that the food was not acceptable and served it anyway. He kept touching me as he apologized, it just made me feel more uncomfortable. In the end my husband and I just wanted to leave we paid the 120.00 bill, tipped our waitress and ran to Double Front Chicken for a guaranteed good thing before they closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!
