A few friends and I were visiting Dunnville and we decided to check out this pet store. Upon entering we noticed that there was just one staff member working and she was younger and chatting with a young male in the store, perhaps her boyfriend. We went to the back to look around and we had picked out some rabbit food. We proceeded to the counter to pay, the young mad had left at this point but the cashier was on her cellphone and was too busy to notice us until we had gotten her attention to which point she gave us a bit of a dirty look and cashed us out. I am pretty disappointed at the lack of professionalism this staff here presented and I feel like this is a reflection on the management. Looks like my friends and i will skip this place next time we are here and so will everyone else we tell.
