Had lunch with a friend right at noon. Was easy to get a table but did get busier. Service was good, quick to get drinks and meals to us and allowed us time to visit. Lunch plates were $9.99 and came in a good portion size. Lots of onions in our meals and had good flavour. Pay at till. Restaurant nice and clean, staff friendly.
Best little hidden gem in red deer, food is always so delicious and service is on point, always feel well taken care of when we come here for lunch. Highly recommend!!
Went out for dinner tonight with my family and was unexpectedly blown away by my experience at Rueon Thai Restaurant in Red Deer. The owner, Jordan, was exceptional. Relaxed, friendly, and personable in a laid back, effortless kind of way. I immediately was struck by how he cared for each and every guest who entered the restaurant, whether for dine in or take out. He made delicious food recommendations when I inquired as to what I should order, and I would easily order the same dish again #27 with coconut rice... Not only was Jordan extremely personable, and his service quick and attentive, the food was spectacular. Hot, delicious, flavourful, and great value generous portions of meat. One experience and that was all I needed to make me a regular customer at this local treasure.
This place is a hidden gem. Friendly and efficient service. The food is very fresh and comes out very quickly. You can choose how hot you like your curries and the extra chilli is really worth it. Both curries we ordered came with a really good amount of vegetables, which I love, not just noodles and sauce. The green curry was my favourite and they make a mean vegie spring roll too.
Great service, I ordered Tom Yum Goong & it was delectable. The service was very friendly, and although I arrived during a holiday, i was not given the impression I was imposing. They were happy to have me and happy to make me a great bowl of soup.
Very impressed with the friendly warm hospitable greetings bestowed upon all customer’s fortunate to enter this dining establishment. Today I consumed the very best stirfry I have ever had, and all because I had requested that Jordan please advise which one he would recommend that was the least sweet in overall flavour. It was truly exceptional. I also am always amazed how keen his memory is, and the details he recalls! Can’t wait to go back to order that same stirfry!
I really wanted to like it. I ordered here because it was supposed ton e celiac friendly. No reactions so far. But the fried rice was greasy and the sticky rice was so sticky that it was as hard as a rock and inedible. I wish I had the experience all these all other people had
Great service and yummy food with good vibes here.
Fast friendly service. Great tasting food at pretty good portions for the price. Would go back. I can't remember the names of the dishes but there was a curry, a stir fry and a noodle dish.
This hidden gem is a must try for anyone. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is comfy, and the service is fantastic. If you are looking for dining experience then look no further.Food: 5/5
