Savor Our Fresh Scallops, Clam Chowder, Juicy Hamburgers & Hot Dogs, French Fries, Salt Potatoes, Homemade Mac-n-Cheese, and much more! A fried food lovers paradise! You can't go wrong with any of the color coated seafood plates that include fries and a side salad (macaroni salad is my favorite)! I prefer my fried haddock to be center cut on a hard roll. Salt potatoes are a central NY specialty, and highly recommend if you've never tried. Fried clams, mushrooms, cauliflower and onion petals are always a hit. If you like things spicy, the Texas hot sauce can go on just about anything on the menu. If you are steering clear of fried food, the seafood and crab roll, chicken gyro and soups are solid choices. The only things I don't really like, are the taco salad and the cheese steak. The salad seems to be the hot sauce over iceberg lettuce and tomatoes with round corn chips. Sour cream would help, but they don't offer it. The cheeses steak is on a round roll and lacked flavor.

Food is delicious, best fish fry anywhere. A bit expensive. Not much indoor seating. Bit outside is great. On busy days a little messy if the weather is not cooperating. Hence only 4 stars. But it is a tradition with many, many families in NY State.

Used to be a lot better as a kid. Now the prices are sky high, price chopper will fry you a fresh cut of fish and chips, clams, etc. For much less and fresh. Owners tell you not to feed birds but not any signs outside and they leave open flap garbage cans outside that overflow and attract seagulls. The food is not worth it anymore. If you need the texas hot chili buy a jar or the powder mix they sell there. Other than that its not worth it. Also next door is a gutted diner ..what an eye soar and rotting lumber piles.

Prices are now way past reasonable for the same food that they've always had. Unfortunately better haddock can be had elsewhere locally for less cash. Kinda sad when an icon does that just 'cuz they can.

Come here often in the summer for ice cream. Not a critique per se but suggestion... Mr Mikes in Fulton has a delicious grilled haddock option with rice and broccoli, would love to see a few more not fried seafood options like this. Enjoy the nostalgic feelings this place has, you have some competition with Dinos Burgers in town. We will be down soon for some ice cream and beautiful views soon enough!
