I have felt like I've been on a roller coaster ride from hell. I've never felt secure with Ann or sure where I've stood with her for one second. I have my own moods and she has hers for sure which are very unstable, and I'm the mental patient! The wind blows with her on where her loyalty to me, her client lies. She's all over the place depending on who says what on which day or what she reads in which file, which she happily throws in my face each time we speak as a credible "fact," even though this is merely someone else's opinion of me. OPINION. How about form your own and stick with it? How about not do a 180 on the day of my hearing and ambush me in your office? I don't know Ann? Any of it? It unfortunately showed that way in the odd and tortured and strange hearing. She didn't even know my basic short recent life history leading up to my fleeing my home. I couldn't believe it! At all! She asked me how I thought it went after it was over. Not great! I don't understand anything about anything anymore because of everything I've been through, including my father stealing my home and posessions recently to name a few recent life events. Suddenly being thrust into a new state with zero means as a HOMELESS disabled abuse survivor with her animals, knowing nobody but Ann. Having to sell my last posession, my car in Ohio, right before the hearing, to survive, for pennies on the dollar. Sometimes she acts very compassionate to me, my plight, my ACTUAL disabilities and my case, other times she makes me feel very awful and stupid for existing or "how dare I approach someone of her level" type attitude? It's very confusing and just degrading. She's so blunted to what's going on in my life, or doesn't care, either way it's a disturbing factor as well. I feel like she has me so confused with her sister who committed suicide and has lost sight of me, the human, in the process. I feel like she refuses to acknowledge nor understand my actual and documented disabilities. During my hearing she almost seemed bewildered and unprepared by some of the topics and conditions due to this willful ignorance. She has done me a massive disservice and I'm afraid she has cost me my case. She doesn't view me as a human, listen to me or feel I have any real value. I can see that clearly and it bothers me severely. I just had to put this out there. In case these words might not be spoken, because I feel my time is very limited now unfortunately and I need to reflect on things in this way.

After my accident I was given the name of an attorney who basically led me to believe that I had absolutely no chance of getting any financial assistance or recompense from the place of business where I was injured. Thankfully after talking to various friends I chose to call Rubin Guttman. I have known him (& his wife) for many years but actually never knew what type of law he practiced. He agreed to take my case & while he did warn me that it might be hard to prove true fault on the part of the business there was a chance that they would at least help with medical bills. Rubin assisted me throughout the process, coming to me when I was stuck at home due to my injury, calling to update me at intervals, helping me when various decisions needed to be made & more. I have every confidence in them & have referred others to them on several occasions. I will continue to do so in the future without hesitation. Thanks again Rubin! Shira

From the moment I met Rubin Guttman and his team of Associates, I really felt at ease. They are professional, efficient, and devote the time necessary to every person who walks through their door. They handled my case exactly the way I expected them to, and always kept me informed. Any questions I had were answered and I never had to worry about a thing. They are certainly the best!
