I am giving zero stars because Ashley was not worth 10 cents. The law office states they will zealously represent....not the case. There was no communication on how the case would be handled based on the client's input. There was no input on how the case was progressing. The only communication occurred when the client reached out right before the court dates. Ms. Ashley was only about reaching a plea deal, not what the client wanted. As for doing her homework, Ms. Ashley did not talk to the witness, did not physically view the incident location, and did not interview police. She was let go after sinking $2000 into the offices' pocket. Do yourself a favor and keep looking if you need someone to be on your team and fight for you.

Excellent Results, Good Client Advocate 5.0 stars Posted by anonymous March 19, 2018 I was charged with an OVI and after firing 2 attorneys, the first for not showing up to my 1st pretrial and the 2nd for not even attempting to terminate my ALS after the officer didn't show up. I knew I had to make a change as I still had time and it was not too late. I had 3 weeks till my next pretrial. I called Mr. Patituce after seeing the high ratings in multiple places online and reading the information concerning OVI on his website. Attorney Catherine Meehan was assigned to my case and accompanied me to all the pretrials. She is a good client advocate and addressed my concerns to the judge. After the 1st pretrial she was able to get me expanded driving privileges and by the Second Pretrial she was able to get my OVI and red light charges dismissed, my ALS terminated and the $475 Reinstatement fee waived, and an order from the Judge to get my firearm and CCW permit returned. After reviewing my file at the end of the case I noticed Mr, Patituce's office filed a Notice to Preserve Evidence. This is so if evidence is destroyed we could move the court to dismissed the case. This is something that my 2nd attorney assigned to my case didn't do. In summary they are not cheap, but they know what they are doing and I would hire them again.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome I received. Patituce & Associates from start to finish were completely professional. My legal issues were handled as if I was talking to close friends yet solved in only 7 days with a result that couldn't have had a better outcome. If I ever need legal advice again, I will be a repeat costumer without a doubt. Thank you guys for your hard work!
