Beyond irritated! Takes forever to get someone on phone 22 minutes!! I call to make an appointment for my son to be seen and have yet to receive a phone call back!! I will be looking for a different provider. Seems like all they do is give you medication after medication without really figuring out what the problem is.
They are very nice here and good service but every time I have called on different occasions I have waited on the phone for 10+ minutes
Took me right in and were so nice even though they were busy. Showed real care and concern for my health. Thank you!
if i could give you half a star i would, always rude. takes forever to get through to anyone, if you call and leave a message they don’t call you back. and they just gave overall horrible service
